I did a seminar tonight for "first time home buyers" i am embarrassed i didn't recognize Althea Chin there this evening and she even asked me questions till it was over......I hope she's not upset with me, it was nice to see her there and she introduced me to a friend who is also in the market. Anyways i thought i would mention that....its been al ong time being up and in Milford/Franklin early this am for that session.....then the seminar tonight....long day..
now regarding the Bob Hogan thing....
I am so glad you've taken the bull by the horns...its difficult for me to do both full time (meaning ERA and the News) i lost so much money last year i need to focus on making it where i can and that's with ERA.... But, saying that i feel necessary to mention the paper and to businesses around the city especially those that i know.... That was the reason why i thought of the flyer its a sort of soft sell thing, leaving them someting after i mention the paper....
That's great what you had them do today, I totally realize the situation with Bob Hogan, he was better then nothing and i hoped against all hope that he would have been better, but your right there was no dirction over there and now that you are working on a plan to raise the ads in the paper by pushing him and helping him and now sending him out with even Bobbie maybe he will be better....in the meantime i still can push to get more ads myself in the paper....
